Born from the legacy of The Glam Shop, founded by Sierra Thomas at just 16 years old after becoming a mother at the age of 15 to her beautiful daughter, Paris — who is now proudly a part owner — this vision is rooted in faith, resilience, and purpose. Paris became Sierra's greatest inspiration and the reason she refused to become the statistic others expected her to be.
Sierra's journey was never easy. It was filled with judgment, financial hardship, limited opportunities, and the overwhelming responsibility of growing up while raising a child. There were seasons of rebuilding, moments of uncertainty, and times when giving up seemed easier than pressing forward.
But she kept building.
The Glam Shop was never just about beauty. It became a place where confidence was restored, dreams were reignited, and people walked in carrying burdens but left feeling renewed. It became a family.
As the years passed, many of the artists who helped build that legacy grew into successful careers of their own. While Sierra celebrated their growth, she also experienced one of the most difficult seasons of her life — letting go of something she had built with her own hands. There were moments when she questioned whether she would ever create again.
Then came a reminder.
Through faith, vision, and the unwavering encouragement of Xzavia Thomas, who continually reminded Sierra of who she was when she struggled to see it herself, she realized her story wasn't ending — it was evolving.
That encouragement became the foundation for a new chapter.
Peter Suites was born.

$350 is the weekly chair rate. Private suites come in 165 and 250 sq ft. We will share suite rates and lease terms during your interview. A full one-month deposit is required to secure your space.

How does the selection process work?
You submit an application, we review it, and selected applicants are contacted to move forward. Interviews take place in October 2026, and selected applicants are given their date and time directly. We're not filling seats first-come, first-served — we're building a house, and every professional is selected for character, integrity, passion and heart as much as for talent.
What does it cost?
Every chair starts at $350 a week. One flat rent — no commission split, no markup on your retail, no quotas. Private suite rates and lease terms are discussed during your interview. A full one-month deposit is required to secure your space.
Is there a deposit?
Yes — one full month's rent, paid up front. The deposit secures your chair or suite and is required before move-in. We walk you through the exact amount for your space at your interview.
How many suites are there?
Fourteen, in two sizes — 165 square feet and 250 square feet. That is deliberate. With only 14 luxury suites, every detail has been intentionally designed to cultivate an elevated experience for both the professionals here and the clients they serve.

What's included?
24-hour access — the building is yours around the clock. A designated eating area away from the floor. Towel service whenever you need it. And one flat weekly rent with nothing taken off the top.
Do I need to be licensed?
Yes. You'll need a current license in your state for the services you offer, plus your own liability insurance. If you're finishing school, apply anyway and tell us your timeline.
How does a salon suite actually work?
You rent your own space and run your business inside it as an independent professional. You set your own hours and prices, book your own clients, buy and sell your own products, and keep everything you earn. You pay one flat rent to Peter Suites, never a commission split. You're responsible for your own license, insurance and taxes as a business owner.
